Rules and disclaimers

The information clause is the fulfillment of the information obligation under Art. 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on the protection of personal data) (Journal of Laws UE L119 of 4 May 2016) hereinafter referred to as GDPR.
