Regranulaty24.pl is the direct sales platform belonging to ASEO Recycling System. We are not a trader or a middleman. We are a manufacturer with over 15 years of experience in processing plastics, delivering raw materials with stable parameters for industries across Poland and Europe.
Our mission is simple: To deliver reproducible raw material (PP, HDPE) in a model that respects the time of engineers and procurement managers.
From Trial Batch to 24-Ton Contract
We understand that modern industry requires flexibility. That is why we created this service to support two key stages of your production:
- Rapid Verification (R&D): Do you need 25 kg, 500 kg, or 1000 kg to check the Melt Flow Index (MFI) and material behavior on your injection molding machine? You can order it here "off-the-shelf," without unnecessary red tape.
- Production Continuity (Supply Chain): Our system handles Full Truck Load (FTL) orders (24t). The logistics algorithm calculates delivery costs, allowing you to secure production raw material online.
For long-term contracts and recurring full-truck orders, we also encourage you to contact our Sales Department directly to negotiate partnership terms.
Production Facilities – Plant in Niedomice
The heart of our operations is a modern recycling plant located in Niedomice near Tarnów (Lesser Poland). Here, on advanced washing and regranulating lines, plastic waste is given a second life.
As a manufacturer, we guarantee:
- Full Traceability: We know the origin of the waste (post-industrial / post-consumer).
- Process Purity: We use multi-stage washing and filtration, which is crucial for the packaging and construction industries.
- In-house Laboratory: Every batch is tested for Melt Flow Index (MFI), density, and moisture content.
